W dniach 20 – 21 września odbyła się w Kielcach XXVIII Krajowa Konferencja Rzeczoznawców Majątkowych. Tematem przewodnim Konferencji była wycena nieruchomości specjalnych. W referatach została przedstawiona problematyka związana z wyceną złóż kopalin oraz gruntów zdegradowanych w wyniku działalności górniczej, a także przedstawione zostało bogactwo naszego regionu, zasobne we wszelakiego rodzaje złoża oraz bogactwo przyrodnicze. Oprócz sesji związanych z problematyką wyceny złóż kopalin, wyceną nieruchomości na złożach czy też wpływem procesu rekultywacji gruntów zdegradowanych wskutek działalności górniczej na wartość nieruchomości poruszono także tematykę wyceny nieruchomości dla potrzeb energii odnawialnej czy też ochrony środowiska. Ekspert wygłosił referat pt. Międzynarodowe Kodeksy Wyceny i Kodeks POLVAL.
