XVIII Konferencja Naukowo-Techniczna Nowoczesne Kopalnie Żwiru i Piasku, organizowana przez Wydawnictwo BMP pod patronatem magazynu Kierunek Surowce odbyła się w Rzeszowie w dniach 26-28 maja 2026 r. Konferencja ta to największe w Polsce spotkanie producentów kruszyw żwirowo-piaskowych, dostawców sprzętu dla żwirowni i piaskowni oraz firm oferujących nowoczesne urządzenia i specjalistyczne usługi na potrzeby branży. Ekspert przedstawił referat pt. Odszkodowania za straty przedsiębiorców górniczych wynikające z niekorzystnych decyzji administracyjnych i regulacji prawnych dotyczących zagospodarowania przestrzennego.
